Many times, CONSISTENT exercise is the missing “ingredient” in a recipe for success!
Just eating a well-balanced diet by itself, just is NOT enough.
You have to exercise consistently also.
Some may say, “I’m in no shape to exercise!” Let’s be blunt, THAT IS NOT TRUE!
Our bodies were built to exercise. The key is finding an exercise program that you can do and that can be done on a consistent basis. That goes for the time of day also. Sometimes mornings are better, sometimes afternoons, sometimes evenings. It really does NOT matter as long as it is a schedule that is consistent.
Some may say, “I have bad _______(s).” Or, “I have a bad _________.” Or, “My ________ is injured.” Again, let’s be blunt, exercise can STILL be done. Modification is the key in these situations.
