That’s what I was thinking as I popped in the CARDIO DVD.
I wanted to nail this workout.
FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – CARDIO: RESULTS
Earlier in the cycle I was saying that I would eventually be cruising through this workout.
And it came true.
I am crushing the Cardio workout.
I wouldn’t say it is easy, but I can get it done with no problems.
