Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY CONTINUES – Day 26

Ultimate ResetUltimate Reset Day 26. Set Goals, Reach Goals, Make New Goals!

Whew! I missed some of my daily goals today.

Not exactly the best day of following the Ultimate Reset guidelines.

See how Day 26 of the Ultimate Reset went…

Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY CONTINUES – Day 26

The morning was crazy. We had to rush around in the morning. My oldest had a doctor’s appointment. So I quickly made a vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake with pineapple. It was good, but in the haste of the morning I forgot to get in my water. Missed goal #1. Bummer.

I want to RESET my body with the Ultimate Reset!

On the way home from the doctor’s appointment, I stopped at Chipotle and picked up a veggie burrito bol. By the way we got home it was time for lunch. So I devoured the veggie burrito bol. Aaaahhhhhh, I missed the distilled water AGAIN!

Later in the afternoon I had an exam to take. So I got in some quick cramming and headed to the exam. Due to technical difficulties the exam started late. By the time I was finished and headed home it was almost dinner time.

Another missed goal of 5 meals a day. I missed my afternoon snack!

Driving home the family called and guess what they wanted? CHIPOTLE! I think we might get Chipotle overload!

I couldn’t resist, I got myself another Chipotle veggie bol. LOL I also had to pick up a couple of things at the grocery store. By the time I got home it was dinner time.

An absolutely CRAZY day!

I did restrain myself though. I only ate half of the burrito bol so that I can enjoy it again later. And yes, I forgot to drink my water AGAIN! See what I’m saying? Not a great day for goals!

Ultimate ResetAfter the kids went to bed, I did grab a tall glass of cold distilled water. I strapped on my Polar FT80 and pumped in a Les Mills Pump DVD. I was going to do Pump Challenge again, but decided to go with Pump & Burn. I wasn’t quite sure which weights to use since the tracks were going to be longer. Here are the weights I used on each side of the bar.

  • Warm up – 5lbs
  • Squats – 20lbs
  • Chest – 20lbs
  • Legs/Back – 20lbs
  • Abs – 10lb plate

Now I know I could probably bump up the weights a little for the Squat and Legs/Back tracks. The Chest track was challenging.

I don’t feel as worn out this time around. And looking at the Polar Training Results shows that I didn’t burn as many calories. After the workout I did some push-up intervals. Rotating between sets of 10 decline and standard push-ups. You can definitely see the intervals at the end of the Polar Training Results.

Since I got my workout in, it was time to enjoy another Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake!

It wasn’t too bad of a day. I did miss my Ultimate Reset distilled water goal and my 5 meals a day goal. But on the bright side, I got in my workout and feel great!
