Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY – Day 11

Ultimate ResetUltimate Reset Day 11 and THE HALFWAY POINT! I had another great day of Ultimate Reset meals and am feeling great. The supplementation has become second nature. The only “nature” issues are the number of times I have to go to the bathroom because my “eyes were floating”. Hydration is VERY important, especially with a detox like the Ultimate Reset. So, I’ll deal with it. Onto Day 11…

Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY – Day 11

I had another great night of sleep. I don’t wake up tired, just very comfortable. No “kid” alarm today. I rolled out of bed and mixed up the small glass of Detox. Then I drank the large glass of distilled water with with Mineralize, Oxygenize and Optimize.

On the Ultimate Reset menu for breakfast was fruit, but I opted for Tropical Strawberry Shakeology. Grabbed those yummy strawberries out of the fridge and made my slushy. That definitely hit the spot in the morning.

A couple of hours later and it was time for the Ultimate Reset supplements again. As a side note, this is the fourth day of Detox and things are going smoothly, if you know what I mean. I finished up the other supplements and waited 30 minutes. Time for yesterday’s leftovers, Quinoa Pilaf. Instead of a cucumber and tomato salad, I just ate some cucumber and carrots.

When snack time arrived, it was time for Alkalinize. I just had the supplement and again skipped the optional Ultimate Reset snack.

Now looking forward to dinner, I still don’t have any miso paste, so I knew I wasn’t going to have the miso soup and swiss chard. Instead, I already had cut up vegetables and REALLY was looking forward to cooking them. In fact, my wife was looking forward to them too!

I added some olive oil to the carrots, onion, beet and sweet potato and thew them in the oven to roast for an hour. With about 30 minutes left to cooking I had the last set of supplements. When they were almost done I made some zucchini soup with walnuts, a little Bragg’s aminos, sea salt and dill. I also cooked up some more quinoa since I didn’t have any millet.

My wife ate half of the Ultimate Reset Roasted Root Medley (minus the beets) and I ate everything else. DELICIOUS!

Typing this post, I am hungry. That hasn’t been usual, so I’ll just drink some distilled water and I may have another packet of Detox since I missed the first two packets on Day 8. We’ll see how it goes.

It was another GREAT day with the Ultimate Reset. I REALLY enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Come on Day 12!
