I need to focus on that!
Overall, I’m doing really well eating fruits, vegetables and grains.
No dairy and no meat. All thanks to the Ultimate Reset for getting me started.

Ultimate Reset Day 25, can I persevere and have success?
I had another busy day of training and I know I fell short of the water intake.

Ultimate Reset Day 24, went pretty well as far as meals, but I fell short of all the distilled water.
I was able to get to the grocery store and get some more distilled water for the evening.
We did have friends over in the evening and had a pizza party! Uh, oh, PIZZA! MY WEAKNESS!
