Ultimate ResetUltimate Reset Day 22! What? Day 22? The Ultimate Reset is a 21-day program! Well, that is true, BUT, I like how I feel and I actually have enjoyed the diet guidelines. So, I’m going to continue “meatless” for as long as I can. So that means lots of fruits and veggies! Feeling good is going to take action, right? I just cannot wish for it!

Ultimate ResetUltimate Reset Day 21!

Surprisingly, I really enjoyed the past 3 weeks. 20 full days without meat.

It is definitely a rigorous schedule of meals and supplements. But, Beachbody supports and walks you through each day. I heavily relied on the daily emails from Beachbody. It is very helpful to have the supplement reminders and the full day of meals all in one spot.

Ultimate ResetUltimate Reset Day 19…started fine but it started to get difficult near the end of the day! We attended a family and friends dinner party. Oh boy, some SERIOUS temptation. Grilled steaks, barbeque chicken, and a chocolate fondue for dessert! Aaaaahhhhhhhhh! Did I give in to temptation? Did I stray from the Ultimate Reset? Or did I stay strong?
