Ultimate ResetUltimate Reset Day 16 and the second day into the Restore Phase of week 3. Focusing on just a fruit and vegetable diet may end up being more difficult than I thought it was going to be. I like the bigger portions, but not having a lot of protein in the meal from at least a grain leaves me hungry. Let’s see how Day 16 of the Ultimate Reset went!

Ultimate ResetUltimate Reset Day 15 and starting the Restore Phase, week 3. In this phase I’ll be eliminating grains and legumes to focus on a fruit and vegetable diet. There is an optional grain for each Ultimate Reset dinner. One thing I like about just vegetable meals is that the portions can be BIGGER! We’ll see how much I like fruits and vegetables at the end of this Restore Phase of the Ultimate Reset!.
