Oh yeah, after a LOOOOOOONG day, I Pushed Play!
Why?
Because it doesn’t help NOT too!
And today was CARDIO, 25 minutes of cardio-based torture.

I felt really good about this workout.
I still had to take a quick break during the squat hops, but I nailed the workout otherwise.

Time for my post-workout shake!
The shake consists of:
