That is EXACTLY what you have to do with this workout.

TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT is a serious total body workout.

But, that’s also what I love about it.

It’s a total body workout in JUST 25 minutes!

I still can’t get through this whole workout without taking a short break, but I feel like I nailed it.

And I still burned over 350 calories in 25 minutes, pretty good.

I didn’t have my usual Shakeology shake after the workout, I wanted to try something a little different.

So I had a post-workout shake consisting of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology
– 1 mango
– lots of ice
