FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – Day 8 – CARDIO

“Weekend is over, now it’s T-time. Let’s get into it.”

Time to get into CARDIO for the third time in the schedule.

This workout will get easier as we continue to pop it in the DVD player and push play.

FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – CARDIO: RESULTS

I still took a couple of momentary breaks to relieve the burning in my legs, but overall I did better in today’s workout.

I completed the Burn-out portions of the workout without breaks as you’ll see in the video.

It was a great start to Week 2 and I definitely NAILED that workout!

Time for my post-workout shake!

The shake consists of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 banana
– 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– lots of ice
