It’s the first strong>DOUBLE DAY FRIDAY in the BETA CYCLE.
Today was UPPER FOCUS and then CORE CARDIO.
I like both of these workouts and it was a fun 50 minutes.
FOCUS T25 – BETA CYCLE – DOUBLE DAY FRIDAY: RESULTS
I burned about 300 calories with UPPER FOCUS and it’s cooldown.
Then I refocused and burned another 350 calories with CORE CARDIO.

I actually wouldn’t mind doing this combo each day if I had the time.

The shake consists of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 scoop of BCAAs
– 1 scoop of creatine
– 1 banana
– 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– 2 cups of ice
