On the agenda for today was CORE CARDIO.
This workout goes by quickly and I find it to be fun.

Just because I find the workout fun, doesn’t mean it isn’t tough.
I try to push myself every workout and really focus.
I feel really good about the workout even though there is a little room for improvement.
This CORE CARDIO session was a good calorie burn.

After the workout, I grabbed my Shakeology shake:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 scoop of BCAAs
– 1 scoop of creatine
– 1 banana
– 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– 2 cups of ice
