This is the first time doing UPPER FOCUS by itself.
And when those arms are burning, just remember, it’s almost over!
I really like adding the resistance to the FOCUS T25 workouts.
This time, I bumped up the weights and used the 12’s.

Again, bumping up the weights I think helped with the calorie burn.
The 12’s are definitely a good workout.
I burned 340 calories this time around.
Could I bump up to the 15’s?

The shake consists of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 scoop of BCAAs
– 1 scoop of creatine
– 1 banana
– 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– 2 cups of ice
