It’s the end of the 4th week of FOCUS T25!
And the 9th week into the program.
That means that it’s DOUBLE DAY FRIDAY!
And for today it was SPEED 2.0 and UPPER FOCUS.
It’s one of my favorite combinations.

The shake consists of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 banana
– 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– 2 cups of ice
