“It’s only 25 minutes of your life. Get It Done!”

That’s what I’m thinking to myself as I watch the timer count down to ZERO!

CARDIO is a difficult workout, but it’s just laying the foundation for the Beta Cycle.

I felt pretty good today, but my legs were still tired from Saturday’s Double Day.

FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – CARDIO: RESULTS

I still had to take very short breaks because the legs were burning during the Pivot Lunges and the Hops.

I’m sure by the end of this cycle, I’ll be cruising through this workout.

My heart rate has definitely come down and I spend a lot more time in Zone 2 than Zone 3 now.

This video focuses on the second CARDIO Burnout at the end of the workout.

The part of the workout has definitely gotten easier over the past few weeks.

The shake consists of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 banana
– 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– 2 cups of ice

“Double Day means double the results. Let’s get into it!”

Even though today is STATurday, it was a Double Day for me.

It was an intense 50 minute workout with Total Body Circuit and Ab Intervals.

I’m very glad we don’t do double days every day!

I felt pretty good with the Total Body Circuit workout.

And then I hit the AB Intervals workout.

Whew, my abs were toast!

With the 50 minutes, there were over 600 calories burned…nice!

Oh no, you CAN!

This workout, CARDIO, is STILL kickin’ my butt!

It’s ONLY 25 minutes so it’s “doable” but it isn’t exactly easy!

That is until I hit the Pivot Lunges.

My heart rate wasn’t too high, but the legs were burning!

You just give MORE, go FASTER and BURN OUT!

I have to work on that.

Because with LOWER FOCUS it feels like my legs are going to burn up!

Although, there aren’t too many modifications for the lunges.

Boy do I HATE lunges!

It’s still going to take a few more rounds of Lower Focus to push through these moves.
