“It’s only 25 minutes of your life. Get It Done!”
That’s what I’m thinking to myself as I watch the timer count down to ZERO!
CARDIO is a difficult workout, but it’s just laying the foundation for the Beta Cycle.
I felt pretty good today, but my legs were still tired from Saturday’s Double Day.
FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – CARDIO: RESULTS
I still had to take very short breaks because the legs were burning during the Pivot Lunges and the Hops.
I’m sure by the end of this cycle, I’ll be cruising through this workout.
My heart rate has definitely come down and I spend a lot more time in Zone 2 than Zone 3 now.

The shake consists of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 banana
– 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– 2 cups of ice
