“5 days till BETA. It’s time to focus and Get It Done.”

It’s hard to believe this is Week 5 already.

The workouts have gotten easier as I’ve built my fitness foundation.

But BETA CYCLE is lurking right around the corner.

Today’s TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT really got the blood pumping!

Even though I did better than I usually do, I don’t feel like I nailed it.

The Speed 1.0 and Cardio workouts I NAIL with no breaks at all.

But, this workout is tough!

“Double Day. That’s right. You ready for it?”

Whew, ready, not sure, but it had to be done!

After a very long day, I pushed play for 50 minutes with Ab Intervals and Speed 1.0.

FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – STATURDAY: RESULTS

I was already tired before I pushed play.

I started Ab Intervals and did pretty good.

Then I jumped right into Speed 1.0.

I can usually push through this workout pretty well, but I could feel the long day weighing on me.

I burned 497 calories in the 50 minutes.

My fitness level has definitely increased over the past 4 weeks.

I think that is even an understatement.

TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT is seriously hard work!

I don’t know what it is with this workout, but I can’t complete it without taking a short break, especially after Lower Focus.

But, I’m determined to do that before the Alpha Cycle is complete.

I definitely didn’t nail this workout but it got done.

– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– 1 small banana
– lots of ice

Ever feel like you just don’t have what it takes to get your workout done?

That’s what I felt like today.

But, I gave it “everything I got” and got it done!

25 minutes of LOWER FOCUS is done!

I definitely didn’t have my usual focus for today’s workout.

After a long day, I didn’t nail it, but I completed the workout!

And I still burned just over 300 calories.

You can definitely see that I have slowed down in the last part of this workout.

Slow and steady wins the race, right?

I got it done!

That is EXACTLY what you have to do with this workout.

TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT is a serious total body workout.

But, that’s also what I love about it.

It’s a total body workout in JUST 25 minutes!

I still can’t get through this whole workout without taking a short break, but I feel like I nailed it.

And I still burned over 350 calories in 25 minutes, pretty good.
