I thought I was!
Then, I pushed play.
Phew, this workout kicked my butt again.
TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT , which is cardio-based strength workout, is not for the weak.

I struggled during this workout and burned only 345 calories.

– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology

– 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter

Today is STATurday but it is also a day to catch up on the 2nd half of Double Day Friday.

“Double Day ROUND 2. How many breaks will you take this time?”
Like last week, I’m going to break the 2 workouts up.
Today is LOWER FOCUS and tomorrow will be Ab Intervals.
FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – LOWER FOCUS: RESULTS
The intensity of this workout is different from the other workouts.
You are focusing more on muscle burns then cardio, cardio, cardio.
Because of that, the calorie burn rate isn’t as high.
Oh, and I still HATE lunges!

And today was CARDIO , 25 minutes of cardio-based torture.

I still had to take a quick break during the squat hops, but I nailed the workout otherwise.

It’s been a long day, had a larger than usual dinner out with a vendor, but no excuses, I pushed play.
On the agenda for today was SPEED 1.0 !
Thank goodness, because I don’t think I could have finished Cardio or Total Body Circuit!

I was slowing down and had to reFOCUS!
