FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – Day 5 – LOWER FOCUS

“First Double Day! Do your best and don’t quit!”

What?! Double Day?!

Were you as surprised as I was when you saw that there are 2 workouts on the schedule for Fridays?

Today is LOWER FOCUS and CARDIO.

As if Cardio was not tough enough, first we have to do Lower Focus, a lower-body burnout!

Since the premise of this program is to FOCUS, I won’t be doing the 2 workouts back to back.

FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – LOWER FOCUS: RESULTS

As you probably already know, I HATE lunges and this workout is full of them!

Shaun T also adds “pulses” to both the lunges and the squats…KILLER!

But even though my legs were screaming out for mercy, this workout again is NOT as intense.

Unlike the previous workout, we don’t get on the floor with Lower Focus.

We just focus, focus, focus on the lower half of our bodies.

FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – LOWER FOCUS CIRCUIT: POST-WORKOUT

Gotta have my Shakeology shake post-workout.

It was my old standby again!

The shake consists of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 banana
– 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– lots of ice
