I finally am.
After having a week in San Francisco with good intentions (I brought FOCUS T25 with me!) but no action, I’m finally back on track.
No workouts for a week, but I’m jumping right back where I left off.
Day 50, CORE CARDIO, here we go!

I didn’t seem to lose too much from taking a week off.
I pushed play, jumped back in, and burned as many calories as I could in 25 minutes.

After the workout, I grabbed my Shakeology shake:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 banana
– 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– 2 cups of ice
