Shaun T is definitely right about not being easy!
I was finally ready for week 7 yesterday because it felt like it had been forever since I was in week 7.
Now in week 8 and only 2 days back on track, it is NOT easy!
UPPER FOCUS is on the agenda for today.

Since I’m getting back on track, I didn’t bump the weights up.
I just stayed with the 12’s.
But, the 12’s are definitely a good workout.

The shake consists of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 banana
– 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– 2 cups of ice
