Day 21 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Back To Core. The pace of this workout is the polar opposite of the rest of THE ASYLUM workouts, but it is still a difficult workout.
It is hard to believe it has been 3 weeks already. I can tell you that I am looking forward to tomorrow’s Rest Day!

I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula. About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes! And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
