Day 17 of RevAbs, Power Intervals 1.
Stuck with the 25lb dumbbells for the first two rounds and then dropped to the 20lb dumbbells in the Spice Round.
Here are my numbers for the Squat Thrusts:
- Round 1 – 13 & 14
- Round 2 – 13 & 13
- Spice Round – 9 & 10 (with Floor Sprawl)
