Motivation is what started this experiment. And the past 9 days of habit need to carry me through this crazy…
Morning: Lose Fat, Gain Muscle and Feel Great
vacation! Boy was I glad the night before was over! Our youngest caught a “bug” during our travels. I wasn’t able to sleep more than 10 minutes at a time last night. NOT GOOD! Fortunately, she did get to sleep a little.
Needless to say, I was TIRED! I was certainly glad that today was a rest day. I don’t think I would have had the energy! It is definitely going to be a struggle to stay on track the next few days. But, I’m planning on having my good habits carry me through it!
Afternoon: Lose Fat, Gain Muscle and Feel Great
When afternoon rolled around, I wasn’t too tired anymore. I had to make sure that I took yesterday’s cheat meal into account, so I just grabbed my Shakeology shaker cup, added a Vegan Chocolate Shakeology and shook it up. That was my first meal.
Evening: Lose Fat, Gain Muscle and Feel Great
For our dinner time, our hosts made an awesome veggie lasagna and roasted vegetables. I couldn’t turn down the effort that went into making this meal, nevermind that it smelled delicious. Well, it WAS delicious and much appreciated. It was a little more calories then I wanted, so I used this meal as my large meal. Our friends are spoiling us!
Late in the evening I made another Vegan Chocolate Shakeology shake, this time I did add some peanut butter.
Considering everything that has happened the past couple of days, I feel pretty good about today. Tomorrow is going to be a test!
