Today’s workout was awesome because…
Morning: Lose Fat, Gain Muscle and Feel Great
…I’ll get into the workout later.
Fortunately, I got a little more sleep last night then I did the night before. I woke up feeling pretty good, considering. The morning went by quickly. With 6 kids in one house, there is ALWAYS something going on.
It took a little prodding in the morning, but I convinced my close friend that we are staying with to do today’s workout with me.
Workout: Lose Fat, Gain Muscle and Feel Great
So, why was today’s workout awesome? BECAUSE I HAD A PARTNER!
My buddy was a champ and even though he hadn’t worked out in awhile, he stuck with me pretty well. Today’s workout was BODY BEAST Build: Chest/Tris. Just the BODY BEAST workout took over an hour since we were both going through the workout using the same bench.
Actually the hardest part of the workout for me was carrying up my Selecttech 1090 Dumbbells up the stairs!
Post-Workout/Afternoon: Lose Fat, Gain Muscle and Feel Great
I made a Results & Recovery drink for my buddy immediately after the workout. He is GOING TO BE SORE!
About 45 minutes later, I made a Vegan Chocolate Shakeology shake with a peanut butter and banana. I added a little extra peanut butter and made this my big meal.
Evening: Lose Fat, Gain Muscle and Feel Great
When dinner time rolled around, I mixed up another Vegan Chocolate Shakeology.
A few hours later, I got to spend some time with my wife. I made my 3rd meal, another Shakeology shake and had some popcorn. You gotta have popcorn while watching a movie, right?
Today went really well. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s workout, although, I forgot my bands. We’ll see how it goes
