This workout from the FOCUS T25 ALPHA CYCLE, CARDIO, is a progressive cardio workout that’ll have you burning fat and dripping sweat in just 25 minutes.

And I can tell you, I was definitely sweating after 25 minutes of this workout!

You might be thinking, “What?! Only 25 minutes, how can that really make a difference?

So here’s what my heart was doing during the workout.

You’ll also see me sucking wind and having to take a quick break to catch my breath before I jumped back in.

NOTE: I didn’t push pause on the DVD, just a very quick break to take a breath and re-FOCUS!

The most difficult parts of the workout for me were the High Switch Kicks and Pivot Lunge with the Floor Touch.

FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – CARDIO: POST-WORKOUT

It was a good start to the program.

I wasn’t exhausted but I know I worked hard.

To refuel I needed some protein and lots of good carbs. My post-workout meal was:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
– 1 cup of pineapple chunks
– lots of ice
