FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – Day 4 – AB INTERVALS

“It ain’t easy, but it’s worth it.”

Shaun T is right about that, this workout was NOT easy for me!

Today’s workout, AB INTERVALS, apparently hit a weak spot of mine!

This interval-based routine focused heavily on the abs.

My favorite part is when we got off the floor and did some cardio!

I could definitely feel my abs during the workout, since they were screaming!

However, this workout is NOT as intense as the past few workouts.

And that’s made clear by the heart rate chart below and that the total calorie burn is just over 350 calories.

FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – AB INTERVALS CIRCUIT: POST-WORKOUT

I had my ole’ post-workout standard shake, Peanut Butter/Banana/Chocolate Shakeology.

Um, um, good!

The shake consists of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 banana
– 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– lots of ice
