Day 15 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Speed & Agility, an intense cardio workout!
I did the workout without the jump rope today so that I could concentrate on getting the moves done instead of fumbling with the rope. You STILL get a workout without the rope!

I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula. About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes! And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
