Day 17 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Strength, a killer workout that requires a lot less weight than you would think!
I again used the 20 lb dumbbells throughout the whole workout. So, I am going to go up to the 25 lb dumbbells for the next time around!

I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula. About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes! And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
