I definitely needed this “relief” from THE ASYLUM. The schedule for THE ASYLUM is pretty intense with only a few Rest Days sprinkled in.

I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula. About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes! And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
