I was a little nervous starting this workout because I wasn’t sure what Overtime was going to surprise me with. Well, I was right to be nervous! Overtime is non-stop action!

I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula. About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes! And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
