Day 26 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Vertical Plyo, you have to go down to go up! Non-stop jumping action!
I was definitely worn out from yesterday’s Game Day/Overtime combination but I was able to push through Day 26. This is the last time for Vertical Plyo on the schedule.

I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula. About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes! And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
