Day 25 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Game Day & Overtime! This combination will kick your butt!
I still struggled with the swimming and mountain climbing, but I did well on the rest of the sports! I actually ALMOST kept up in overtime. LOL I was at least able to do some of the different exercises this time. I just had to keep taking quick 2 breath breaks.

I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula. About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes! And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
