Day 6 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Speed & Agility, still kicks my butt!
I was thinking this time around was going to be easier. Well, I was wrong. I did try to incorporate the guideline of only taking 2 breaths and getting back in there, so, that definitely brings the intensity level up!

With the level of intensity in this program, I am definitely making sure I stay on top of the nutrition guidlines in the GET SHREDDED plan! Tapering my calories, my carbs and getting in the Results & Recovery Formula and Shakeology!
