Uh-oh, Day 10 of RevAbs, Total Strength and Mercy Abs. About 60 minutes of Reving It Up!
Bumped up the weights on this workout. Using the 20’s for the Lunges, Squats and Bent-Over Rows, then using the 15’s for the Booty Bridge. I felt pretty good. So, I may even bump up the weights again the next time.
The Mercy Abs workout is till tough! Especially when you get to the V-Ups!
