Day 09 of RevAbs, Fire Up Your Abs!
This workout video is just of the Spice Round when the exercises are more difficult! I increased the weight to a 20 pound dumbbell for the Dumbbell Jackknife exercise. And I tried the “glass of water” on your back for the plank. I couldn’t quite get it, so I’ll have to recruit one of the kids for the next time we do this workout.
Side-Plank is still the most difficult move for me.
