Day 13 of RevAbs, Power Intervals 1.
Bumped up the weights to 30lb dumbbells for this workout. But, because of the bulk and size of the SelectTech dumbbells, I had to hold them out to the side. Holding them in front was too difficult.
During the Spice Round, I had to drop set. Drop the 30lb dumbbells and went for the 25lb dumbbells for the last few reps.
Here are my numbers for the Squat Thrusts:
- Round 1 – 11 & 13
- Round 2 – 12 & 12
- Round 3 (Spice Round with Floor Sprawl) – 8 & 9
