Bumping up the weights to 25 lb dumbbells definitely increases the intensity of the Total Strength workout. WOW! I was sucking some serious wind a couple of times.  Had to drop to the 20 lb dumbbells at the end.

With Mercy Abs, again, there was no burning, just cramping!
