I have wanted to go through a round of RevAbs for quite a while now. Today is the day!
RevAbs is designed to burn off the fat and give you a six-pack in just 90 days! It is a two-phase program created by Brett Hoebel and in it you’ll experience the power of Abcentrics, Capoeria and a proven formula of cardio intervals, ab/core work, and strength training.
It is important to assess our fitness levels prior to Phase One, before beginning Phase Two, and finally after completing the RevAbs program. Prepare for the Fit Test by doing a quick 3-minute warm-up of running in place and jumping jacks. The exercises in the The Fit Test are:
- Squat Hold – I got 60 seconds…my legs were shaky and on FIRE
- Push-up – 32
- Jumping Jacks – 35
- Plank (double flexion) – 125 seconds…more shaking on the exhales
- Cobra (extension) – 85 seconds
- Crunch (upper flexion) – 24…need to get to 30!
- Leg Drop (lower flexion) – 17…need to get to 20!
- Side Plank – 35 seconds…oh yeah, more shaking!
