RevAbs - Day 01 - Total Strength & Mercy AbsUh-oh!  Who got their butt kicked with RevAbs?  Yep, CoachWoot!

For Total Strength I had 2 sets of dumbbells, 15’s and 12’s.  The first two rounds of Dumbbell Reverse Lunges, Push-ups, Front Squats, Bent-Over Rows, Booty Bridges, Punch Combos and lots and lots of Jumping Jacks went fine.  By the third round, aka. Spice Round, those 15’s and 12’s were heavy!

I really like the Spice Round because Brett Hoebel takes the moves and “spices” them up by making them more difficult!  For the Total Strength exercises, we add some shoulder presses for the Lunges and Squats, add a Side-Plank to the Push-Ups and the Booty Bridge, oh yeah, Single-Leg Booty Bridge!

My quads were “toast” after Total Strength.  Then I remembered I had Mercy Abs!  Again, there are 3 rounds with the last round “spicing” up the exercises.

“Uh-oh, who’s cramping?”  Oh yeah, ME!  Crunches, Knee Tucks, V-Ups and “going to Brazil” with Bênção Kicks, OUCH!

I was a little surprised that I could “feel” the workout mostly in my quads.  I cannot wait to see what Day 02 will bring!
