It’s the end of the 4th week of FOCUS T25!
And the 9th week into the program.
That means that it’s DOUBLE DAY FRIDAY !
And for today it was SPEED 2.0 and UPPER FOCUS.
It’s one of my favorite combinations.

This workout, DYNAMIC CORE , doesn’t tire me out.
But I am tired of this workout.
There’s just something about it, I’m not a fan.
