I don’t know about that!

This DOUBLE DAY FRIDAY was DYNAMIC CORE and SPEED 2.0.

I like SPEED 2.0, but I dread DYNAMIC CORE!

I didn’t burn as many calories as last time, but that’s to be expected.

DYNAMIC CORE isn’t a super intense workout.

The shake consists of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 banana
– 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– 2 cups of ice

Very true.

We can make things difficult or we can make things simple.

RIP’T CIRCUIT was on the agenda for today and it was a simple choice to do it!

It wasn’t so simple to finish the workout, but I did it!

I also got a pretty good calorie burn for 25 minutes worth of work.

That’s what I kept telling myself.

But, I WAS TIRED!

SPEED 2.0 is just non-stop and as you’ll see, it wore me out!

Shaun T is definitely right about not being easy!

I was finally ready for week 7 yesterday because it felt like it had been forever since I was in week 7.

Now in week 8 and only 2 days back on track, it is NOT easy!

UPPER FOCUS is on the agenda for today.

Since I’m getting back on track, I didn’t bump the weights up.

I just stayed with the 12’s.

But, the 12’s are definitely a good workout.

I finally am.

After having a week in San Francisco with good intentions (I brought FOCUS T25 with me!) but no action, I’m finally back on track.

No workouts for a week, but I’m jumping right back where I left off.

Day 50, CORE CARDIO, here we go!

I didn’t seem to lose too much from taking a week off.

I pushed play, jumped back in, and burned as many calories as I could in 25 minutes.
