“You better bring it!”

You have to bring it when it’s a DOUBLE DAY FRIDAY.

I pushed myself to the limits with RIP’T CIRCUIT and SPEED 2.0.

Those two workouts together are a killer.

I ran out of steam about halfway through SPEED 2.0 but I finished strong.

I burned just over 600 calories in the 50 minutes.

And afterwards I was wiped out!

The shake consists of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 banana
– 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– 2 cups of ice

This is the first time doing UPPER FOCUS by itself.

And when those arms are burning, just remember, it’s almost over!

I really like adding the resistance to the FOCUS T25 workouts.

This time, I bumped up the weights and used the 12’s.

Again, bumping up the weights I think helped with the calorie burn.

The 12’s are definitely a good workout.

I burned 340 calories this time around.

Could I bump up to the 15’s?

RIP’T CIRCUIT was on the agenda for today.

No excuses, I was going to kick this workouts butt!

I was also going to increase the weights for this workout.

I bumped up the weights to 12’s, I know it doesn’t sound like much.

How’d it go?

NAILED IT!

I was able to push a lot harder with today’s RIP’T CIRCUIT workout.

The 12’s did the trick and you’ll see by the heart rate chart below that I burned a lot more calories this time around.

In fact, 50+ more calories (I wonder how much I’ll burn with 15’s?)

This part of the workout was definitely the toughest.

It is just cruel to put the walking lunges near the end!

On the agenda for today was CORE CARDIO.

This workout goes by quickly and I find it to be fun.

Just because I find the workout fun, doesn’t mean it isn’t tough.

I try to push myself every workout and really focus.

I feel really good about the workout even though there is a little room for improvement.

This CORE CARDIO session was a good calorie burn.

“Ready for Week Seven?”

Yes I am!

DYNAMIC CORE isn’t my favorite workout of the BETA CYCLE but I’m ready.

My favorite part is that it’s only 25 minutes.

Again, the cardio in this workout is the only reason there’s a decent cardio burn.
