Then, I pushed play.

Phew, this workout kicked my butt again.

TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT, which is cardio-based strength workout, is not for the weak.

Post-workout I had a delicious shake consisting of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 banana
– 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– lots of ice
