“Still think you can’t get a workout in 25 minutes?”

Oh no, you CAN!

This workout, CARDIO, is STILL kickin’ my butt!

It’s ONLY 25 minutes so it’s “doable” but it isn’t exactly easy!

FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – CARDIO: RESULTS

I thought I was going to nail this workout.

That is until I hit the Pivot Lunges.

My legs were still feeling yesterday’s Lower Focus workout.

My heart rate wasn’t too high, but the legs were burning!

The shake consists of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 banana
– 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– lots of ice
