Whew, ready, not sure, but it had to be done!
After a very long day, I pushed play for 50 minutes with Ab Intervals and Speed 1.0.
FOCUS T25 – ALPHA CYCLE – STATURDAY: RESULTS
I was already tired before I pushed play.
I started Ab Intervals and did pretty good.
Then I jumped right into Speed 1.0.
I can usually push through this workout pretty well, but I could feel the long day weighing on me.
I burned 497 calories in the 50 minutes.
My fitness level has definitely increased over the past 4 weeks.
