It’s hard to believe this is Week 5 already.
The workouts have gotten easier as I’ve built my fitness foundation.
But BETA CYCLE is lurking right around the corner.
Today’s TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT really got the blood pumping!

Even though I did better than I usually do, I don’t feel like I nailed it.
The Speed 1.0 and Cardio workouts I NAIL with no breaks at all.
But, this workout is tough!
