Week 5 is a tough workout week with Total Body Circuit three times!
But today’s workout, AB INTERVALS, seemed somewhat like a break.
I continue to progress with this workout and perhaps by the end of the program I’ll be able to go all 25 minutes.

The moves in this workout seem easier than they are!
The ab progressions last a few minutes, which is long enough, then there is a quick cardio break.

Post-workout I had some Shakeology, but since this workout wasn’t as intense, I didn’t add the banana.
The shake consists of:
– 1.5 cups water
– 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
– 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
– lots of ice
