“I survived ALPHA, now it’s time for BETA!”
Today, Day 36, starts Week 6 of FOCUS T25 and the BETA CYCLE.
I built a foundation with ALPHA CYCLE and now it’s time to turn it up a notch.
The first BETA CYCLE workout is CORE CARDIO.
FOCUS T25 – BETA CYCLE – CORE CARDIO: RESULTS
CORE CARDIO is a progressive cardio workout that focuses on the core (I bet you guessed that from the name, huh?)
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect.
I thought the first BETA CYCLE workout would kill me, but it didn’t.
In fact, it wasn’t too bad at all.
There were some familiar moves and some new moves.
Here’s what my heart was doing during the workout.
