I must say that there were some weird moves in the DYNAMIC CORE workout.
The workout starts off with some cardio but then transitions into a abs/core workout.
There was definitely some burning in the abs, especially, near the end of the workout.

Since we were focused on the core, there wasn’t too much of a calorie burn.
In fact, if the workout wouldn’t have started off with some cardio, I don’t think I would have burned 200 calories.
