FGET SHREDDED Chocolate Shakeologyollowing INSANITY: THE ASYLUM GET SHREDDED nutrition plan requires that we stay away from dairy.  So this delicious Shakeology recipe uses Almond milk (non-dairy beverage).  In the GET SHREDDED plan, there are 3 calorie plans.  This one fits into the 1,800 and 2,100 calorie plans.  I am definitely going to use this recipe to get me to GAME DAY!

  • 2 cups of organic almond beverage
  • 1 scoop of chocolate Shakeology
  • 5 organic walnut halves
  • 1 banana
  • ice (optional)

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
